Bella Terra Home Health & Hospice Welcomes Bridgette Mangan, BSN, RN, as their new Director of Clinical Services
Palm Desert, Calif. (September 25, 2024) – Bella Terra Home Health & Hospice is pleased to announce the appointment of Bridgette Mangan, BSN, RN, as the new Director of Clinical Services. Mangan brings a wealth of experience in healthcare management and patient-centered care, further enhancing Bella Terra’s commitment to providing compassionate, quality care to patients and families throughout the region.
In this new role, Mangan will oversee the interdisciplinary care teams, ensuring that each patient receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs. She will also work closely with staff, physicians, and family members to maintain the highest standards of care and ensure seamless communication between all parties involved in a patient’s care journey.

Mangan joins Bella Terra with 11 years of experience in healthcare, previously holding leadership positions at VNA and Healthy Living where she was instrumental in improving quality control and education. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is currently working towards her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at the University of San Diego.
