Beaumont, Calif. (October 22, 2024) – Bella Terra Hospice is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Stansbury, LVN, RCFE, as the new Executive Director of Bella Terra Hospice. With over 17 years of experience in healthcare leadership, Robert brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
Before joining Bella Terra, Robert held several leadership positions in the healthcare industry. He served as the Senior Executive Director at Atria Senior Living, Executive Director at Pacifica Senior Living, and Area Director of Operations at Healthy Living at Home, a Mission Healthcare company. His diverse experience in senior living and home healthcare has equipped him with the skills needed to lead Bella Terra Hospice into a new era of growth and innovation.
In his new role, Robert will be instrumental in driving the strategic vision of Bella Terra Hospice, ensuring the continued delivery of exceptional care to patients and their families. His specialized skills in strategic planning will be pivotal in advancing the agency’s goals and fostering a supportive environment for both staff and patients.
A graduate of Concorde Career College, Robert has also completed the Pennant Group CEO training program, further honing his skills in leadership and strategic planning. His commitment to delivering high-quality care and improving operational practices aligns perfectly with Bella Terra Hospice’s mission to provide compassionate, patient-centered hospice care.
